Your monthly cost is simple: a management rate (Standard, Promo, or Portfolio) plus the £42/month software fee (+ VAT). Because the management fee is aligned to bookings, we’re incentivised to grow revenue — not cut corners.

Standard pricing is 15% + VAT of gross bookings plus £42/month (+ VAT) software. We also offer a 13% + VAT promotion for properties that sign up within the month they enquired, and a 12% + VAT portfolio rate for 3+ properties.
Is cleaning included?
Cleaning is coordinated by Stayful and is typically charged to guests. This keeps fees transparent and supports consistent standards that protect reviews.
How does maintenance work?
We coordinate maintenance to protect reviews and reduce downtime. We can auto-approve up to £300 per month to avoid delays on common fixes. Where issues relate to guest-caused damage, costs are often linked to guest processes and we manage the documentation.
Do you have an onboarding fee?
We don’t charge a setup/onboarding fee. Instead, we operate on a 6-month fixed term so we can recover the real costs of launching and optimising your property — and build a long-term working relationship.
