After being in the serviced accommodation industry for 3 years and 20 of my own serviced accommodation properties, i found relying on a management company with this many properties did not work, as all management companies were lacking one key thing, a personal touch where you feel valued and your properties looked after, this started the foundation of Stayful.
Martyn Butler - Founder/Professional Photographer
After being in the serviced accommodation industry for 3 years and having 14 of my own properties i decided i want to explore options for self management, after proving to be successful at this with my own properties, i started to get approached by photography customers for management and people liked the personal touch i gave other peoples properties i approached Zac about my idea and Stayful was born.

The Story Of Stayful and our journey into Airbnb Management
The Founders
The founders Martyn & Zac first met in 2020 on an airbnb training course having no prior experience in property or business but with a dream of turning this strategy into a profitable business and have remained in touch during their journey throughout.
The Goal
Our Mission is simple, to give everyone the opportunities and information that we wish we had at the start, starting a business is a lonely task and we wanted to make this brand into a community where everyone can take advantage of this great industry.

We founded Stayful with the idea of not just creating a management company, but being able to provide an end to end service to anyone wanting to get involved in this industry and make it a success like we have using all the useful tools we wish we had at the beginning.

The Merge
After a few years both Martyn & Zac managed to turn their individual dream into a reality and became financially free using the R2R Airbnb Strategy, this combined with plenty of experience in this growing market we found we had very similar experience, but very different skill sets and together, we felt we could bring a lot of value to others in this industry trying to do the same.
