How Our Pricing Works

Your subscription includes a set number of callouts each month. We organise the contractor, arrange access, and keep you updated — all at contractor cost.

2. Need More Callouts? No Problem
If you go over your included allowance, you’ll just pay the contractor’s invoice plus a small flat admin fee:

  • We work from a set of pricing guidelines based on industry average rates for different trades. This ensures you get fair, competitive pricing while allowing for regional variations and specific job requirements. You’ll always see the exact contractor rate on your invoice, and we only add our small flat admin fee for callouts outside your plan allowance. If you have preferred contractors, we’re happy to work with them, as long as they meet our quality and reliability standards.

  • No. All our plans are month-to-month. We simply ask for a 2-month minimum commitment for new clients so we can properly set you up and deliver value. After that, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.

  • Yes. We offer an ad hoc service for non-members at a higher admin fee of £40 per callout (plus contractor cost). Ad hoc jobs are scheduled around subscriber work and don’t include priority booking or member discounts.

  • Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at the end of your billing cycle, depending on your needs.
